About us

About Premium IPTV 4K: premium, in terms you can check

Premium IPTV 4K is an independent online seller of fixed-term IPTV memberships for homes in the UK. You pay once, the welcome message gives the day it ends, and a person answers in English at any hour. Below: who we are, what « premium » means to us, and the limits of what we promise.

The team

Who runs the service

An independent team, working online only. No broadcaster, TV maker or app developer stands behind us or works with us, and nothing on this site should be read as if one did.

What we sell is access: three details (username, password, server URL) that open the 120,000-title library and more than 40,000 live channels in a player of your choosing. Apps, boxes and sticks are not ours to sell; each player belongs to its own developer.

Everything is arranged for British homes: prices in pounds, listings in UK time, the UK channel groups first in the list, and help in English.

You will not find team photos, first names or a count of customers here. We would rather be judged on what can be checked: each step of an order, each line of the welcome message, and the answer you get to a question before you pay.

Ordering

How an order works

  1. You pick a plan

Its Buy button starts a WhatsApp message that names the plan and the price. Email works too.

  2. You pay once

A secure link opens the payment company’s page: debit or credit card or PayPal. Your card details never reach us.

  3. The login lands

Roughly 2 minutes after the payment clears, by day or by night, via WhatsApp or email.

  4. You press play

You type the details into a player on each screen, or the team guides you through it.

No basket, no account to open, no card form on this site.

Our standard

What « premium » means here

Each claim on this site, and how to check it yourself
What we sayHow you can check it
Up to 4K UHD, by sourceOpen a title marked 4K and read the player’s info panel: 3840 × 2160 when the source, TV, cable and player all allow it
A seven-day guide in UK timeCompare any start time in the guide with your clock on the first evening
120,000 films and seriesBrowse the film and series menus once the login is in
A login about 2 minutes after paymentNote when your bank approves the payment and when the welcome message lands
A person, in English, at any hourSend a question before you pay, at whatever time suits you
An end date, and no renewalRead the last line of the welcome message; nothing is taken after that day

« Premium » is not a promise that nothing will ever go wrong. It means the points above are true, written down and easy to verify, and that when something does go wrong, a person helps you put it right.

The « 4K » in our name is a ceiling. The picture tops out at 4K UHD, and only where the programme was made in 4K. We do not promise 8K, and we do not promise that everything is in 4K.

Promises

What we will promise, and what we will not

Hold us to the first column. The second lists claims we leave to others, and the third is the part only your home can settle.

In writing, every time

  • A login roughly 2 minutes after paying, at any hour
  • The end date, stated in the welcome message
  • One payment, with nothing renewing behind it
  • Your money back within 7 days when no login comes, or none of your screens shows a picture after our help
  • A plain answer before you pay if your device cannot do what you want

We do not claim

  • That every channel or film is in 4K
  • Any count of 4K channels or titles
  • Evenings without a single pause, or an uptime figure
  • That a new order keeps your old login
  • Reviews or star ratings: none have been sent yet

Rests with your home

  • Evening broadband speed, measured at the screen
  • Wi-Fi strong enough where the TV stands
  • A 4K TV, HDMI 2.0 and HEVC decoding for 4K
  • The player app, made by another company
  • One household per membership

Reviews will appear here only once real UK members supply them, quoted exactly. There are none on the site yet.

Help

How the help works

WhatsApp and email are both read 24/7, and the reply comes in English from the same team whatever the subject: which plan to choose, a payment the bank refused, a login, a picture that will not settle, or an end date coming up.

Before you order, tell us the TV or stick and the speed measured on it, and we will say whether the plan you have in mind will work there. If the honest answer is no, you hear it before any payment link is sent.

When something goes wrong, a photo of the screen and the player’s name save a great deal of back and forth. We work through it on your own device, one setting at a time, rather than sending a manual.

Some problems sit outside what we can fix from here, such as a router two floors away or a stick with no HEVC decoding. We say so, and suggest the least costly way round it that we know. The contact page suggests what to include in a first message.

Guides

Why we write the guides

Most questions arrive before an order, not after it. The premium IPTV guides answer them one at a time: channels, players and devices, 4K and HDR, costs, buffering, and how to weigh up reviews of any seller, ourselves included.

They were last checked on 5 November 2026. For the memberships themselves, the plans page compares all four, and the setup page takes one login all the way to the first 4K title.

Compare the four memberships, or ask a question first

Each plan is paid once and carries its end date in writing. Questions before you choose are welcome at any hour and cost nothing.
