Your information and what we do with it

Items we store

For each membership we store the phone number or email address used to order, the plan chosen together with the day it began and the day it stops, and our written conversation with you about it. Payment is handled entirely by a payment company; we are told only that it succeeded. No marketing cookies and no analytics tools run on this website.

What each item is for

The contact detail carries your login and our replies. The plan and dates let us answer questions about your membership and send a receipt if you want one. The messages let us pick up where a conversation stopped. None of it is shared, sold or used to advertise to you.

How long we keep it

Membership details are removed three years after the end date. Records of payments stay for six years, as UK tax law requires.

Getting a copy or having it removed

Write to contact@premiumiptv-4k.co.uk to see what we hold, correct it or have it erased; you will hear back within one month. If you disagree with how we handled it, the UK data regulator, the ICO, accepts complaints.
